Our Professional Associates are all Master-level counselors. We take great meaning and satisfaction in the fact that we enhance business by helping individuals. Our efforts are supplemented by an extensive network of credentialed and contracted service providers in a variety of mental health, health care and professional disciplines.

We provide all the services that have come to be identified with EAPs, and we also provide more: a menu of work/life services designed to help employees solve daily problems and be more productive; a full range of compliance and productivity services geared to enhancing and supporting our employers supervisory and management teams in their everyday management roles, and a strong curriculum of on-site and off-site training programs. |

(EAP) means a comprehensive program of counseling services. And CONCERNED associates has been delivering quality counseling services to hundreds of employee members since 1994. But that's only part of the story. PROFESSIONAL
CONCERNED Associates only contracts with high quality Certified Employee Assistance Professionals and/or experienced and certified/licensed counselors with excellent references. We have professional associates who are multi-lingual to help your employees better understand the Employee Assistance Program and program procedures.
EXPERIENCE
We have over 30 years of experience in employee assistance programming, occupational psychology, management consultation, mental health assessment/treatment, substance abuse assessment/treatment, and supervisory consultation.
CONVENIENCE
During development of your EAP program, CONCERNED Associates will serve all of your employees at a site near you. Appointments will be available in just a few days. An experienced clinician/consultant will be assigned to serve you, your company, and your employees in person, by telephone, by email and by sending informational packets.
CUSTOMIZE
We are not "one size fits all." We customize EAP's and programs to best meet your needs. In our initial interview, we take the time to understand your company needs, culture, demographics, available resources and unique characteristics. We definitely want to understand your expectations and goals for a successful and utilized EAP program. We continually find ways to offer continuous improvement for your EAP program.

CONCERNED Associates takes great strides to provide the most cost-effective services in the market and will customize services to work specifically within your budget. If you are eligible, you will be offered a substantial discount (10-20%) for the first year of a two year contract.
WE SPECIALIZE IN SMALL AND MID-SIZE COMPANIES
We specialize in providing EAP programs for small and mid-size companies (200 employees to 3,000). We limit our scope of practice for several reasons: First, we do not maintain a large and expensive bureaucratic organization. Second, we maintain a small, quickly responsive business model to address your needs and "Personalize" services for your company, your employees and their families. Our area representatives attends to your company problems and changing needs.
WELLNESS RESOURCE
CONCERNED Associates has the resources to assist you with a variety of your employee needs and employee health plan. We work with a number of wellness providers and coaches across the country; if you should require a service that is out of our expertise, we will lead you to a choice of resources. We bring you employee and work/life assistance to improve employee productivity, and HR information which helps you improve your Human Resource Program and Training Services that will enhance the performance of your employees and your organization.
