Members receive immediate attention from
CONCERNED associates’ staff. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Counseling services can be arranged to meet the member’s needs and schedule.

Every Counselor at CONCERNED associates has a minimum of a masters degree and most have more than 15 years of experience. When local personal counseling is needed, the member is referred to one of our providers located throughout the United States.

Delivering a high quality of service to both our employee members and our employer clients is our primary goal.
