What are EAPs? (Employee Assistance Programs)
Employee assistance programs provide confidential, voluntary counseling services to employees, their families,
co-workers and supervisors to improve work relationships, productivity and work performance. The chief goal is to provide confidential help to keep good employees, improve performance, productivity and work relationships.

Why EAPs?
