Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program is the cornerstone program that provides counseling to employee members experiencing personal or family problems.
These services are low-cost, confidential, and voluntary. Our EAP is designed and monitored by a nationally certified employee assistance professional staff. (EAPA: Employee Assistance Professional Association).
Member and Employer Satisfaction
Delivering a high quality of service to both our employee members and our employer clients is our primary goal. Since 1994, CONCERNED associates has maintained an extraordinary level of satisfaction with both clients and members. Member satisfaction remains at 96%.
Member Services
Members receive immediate attention from CONCERNED associates' staff. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Counseling services can be arranged to meet the member's needs and schedule.
Counselors at CONCERNED associates has a minimum of a masters degree and are experienced. When local personal counseling is needed, the member is referred to one of our providers located throughout the United States..

The problems that distract employees arent confined to just personal and family issues. That is why our EAP counseling program is enhanced with a range of work/life assistance services.

Employer Assistance
At CONCERNED associates we include an entire menu of employer-focused services that help you improve productivity and deal with important employee situations.
This includes newsletters for supervisors, supervisory training, and sample letters to be sent to all employees and their families. We work with you to develop your program. The menu also includes our Administrative Referral Program: The Supervisory Consultation Service, On-site Training Programs, Trauma Response, as well as, assistance with Violence in the Workplace, Reasonable Suspicion, Sexual Harassment and Alcohol/Drug policies.
Reporting to Employers
Confidential Quarterly reports are published to report on services utilized. These reports contain no identifying information, but include information about the programs usage: number of sessions, number of employees, gender, issues addressed, disposition, referrals completed and more.
Supervisory Referrals, in particular, are reported in a timely fashion to help you make appropriate decisions. These can be weekly or bi-weekly as the situation dictates. Response time is critical in these situations, CONCERNED associates is experienced in giving you the feedback needed to save valuable employees.
