We conduct critical incident stress debriefings offered on-site or off site for immediate help following traumatic incidents. • All EAP services include utilization reports to evaluate, monitor and ensure program effectiveness.

• We provide professionally certified and experienced counselors. They are available to meet at your convenience. Our phones are answered live-24-hours a day, seven days a week. • We provide clinical supervision of all EAP sessions by reviewing records and collaborating with our professional counselors. • All services are confidential. We provide in-person assessment, counseling, referral and follow-up for all types of personal problems that can interfere with job performance and overall well-being. • Licensed clinicians provide counseling services in offices located conveniently to your employees through a national network. • Beyond individual and family counseling we provide Work/Life services including legal referrals, financial information, child care and elder care referrals, adoption resources, academic referrals and pet care services in your community. • On-going Promotion of the EAP via on-site and Internet- based employee orientations, seminars, brochures, posters, payroll inserts, wallet cards, EAP magnets, newsletters, and e-mail announcements. • Our staff stays in touch with your company representatives and/or HR professionals.
